They let you shop without being overbearing, but are never far should a question arise regarding a purchase of something you are having trouble finding. This kind of customer service is something the big box retailers in the lower 48 should take notes on. Noone wants to feel like a criminal when they're trying to shop, hounded by employees and loss prevention. Great overall experience. maybe one day the folks in Bentonville, Ar will grasp it.
